  • Explanation：
    1. The relevant payment for the dormitory application fee (including electricity, deposit and boiler fuel fees prepaid) should be paid together with the dormitory fee and not separately.
    2. Others electrical equipment (Ex: Mini freezer) should follow the 「NDHU Dormitory Electronic Usage Rules」.
    3. Students should follow every rules & regulation of the dormitory and be responsible for any damaged property during the application of the NDHU's Dormitory (including the summer/winter holidays).
    4. Students who registered for the group accommodation during the Summer/Winter holidays, a guarantee deposit of 1000 NTD needs to be paid. Within seven days, the deposit will be returned after the verification by the administrator of the Office of Student Affairs.
    5. When checking in to the dormitory, please check on the status of the dormitory’s inventory & property according to the checklist within the date given; when checking out, the same actions have to be done.
